Inspection went well and covered the expected areas. Only thing I had to do more research on was smoke/Co detectors as the inspector didn't know the laws or even if the detectors were co or not.

Clint is very nice, easy to work with and informative. He answers all questions in a way that is easy to understand. His reports are great with beautiful color photos. I had FEDEX make me a spiral bound "book" of that report. Clint also emailed the report to the party it was intended for.
